Cancellation:
Order Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 30 minutes of placing the order via both phone call on the provided number and via email. However, no cancellation will be approved after the process of shipping the products and beyond our cut-off time.
www.naveenresearchtamil.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where www.naveenresearchtamil.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with www.naveenresearchtamil.com policy or for any other reason. However, www.naveenresearchtamil.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
Refunds for an order shall be initiated within 3-5 business days after completion of the cancellation process. Notification shall be sent by email or the same could be found in the order details page.
Amount will be refunded in the same account which was originally used for payment. The amount gets reflected into the Bank Account within 5-12 working days. Please note that refunds are processed by respective banks and payment gateway. Their time frame may vary as per their policies.
Facilities:
Custom packaging: Customized packaging for delicate items are available upon request. Branded packaging can be arranged if requested by clients on or before order confirmation.
Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping and special packaging can be provided upon request from the client before order confirmation is completed.
White label / Discrete Packing: White label and discrete packaging can be done for custom orders on select cases. Kindly note, government agencies can still open up the packaging for inspection physically or using X-RAY or other authorized methods during domestic and international shipping.
Extra Care Packaging : This method includes additional layers of wraps and 3 to 7 ply corrugated boxes for extra safety of the item being shipped. This is done as a special request if requested by customer for an additional charge.
Tilt Indicators: Tilt Indicators detect and record when a product is tilted during the shipping and handling process. We can provide tilt indicators to preventing damage in transit which are Immune to normal handling conditions. Tilt Indicators will not record data during normal vibration or aircraft take off angles in shipping. Moisture-proof and tamper-proof options are also available for added protection through even the worst of conditions upon request at an extra cost.
Insurance: Insurance for the package being shipped can be availed as a special request if requested by the customer at an extra cost if required to reduce overall risks.

Shipping Timeline:
1) Orders are prepared / processed and shipped within 1-2 business days for ready-to-ship category of products and for custom orders, the preparation time would be informed after assessment of the requirement or before the time of order confirmation (excluding Sunday and public/regional holidays).
2) Once shipped courier details can be shared by Email/SMS as notification and in the order status page as an update and these can be tracked on respective courier websites.
Shipping Methods:
1) Priority Shipping (Preferred): Same Day & Next Day Delivery is available with select logistics providers for select pin codes in Tier-1 cities. Charges for the same to be calculated during the order confirmation process.
2) Standard Free Shipping (Offer): Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 2500 Delivery time for such promotional offer-related orders may take up to 4 working days as per delivery pin code once the order is processed and dispatched.
3) DHL-BlueDart Air Cargo: Non-Liquid orders can be shipped by BlueDart Air for domestic delivery and DHL for international logistics and standard delivery time is 3 working days based on delivery pin code within India. Charges for the same as calculated during the order confirmation process.
4) Custom Order Shipping: Rs. 150 for orders up to Rs. 499.00 and Rs. 150 for orders up to Rs. 999.00 and weight based custom freight is also available. The order depatch shall be done as per the given time frame and after processing it will be forwared to logistics provider for end point delivery. Standard delivery by air cargo or courier is 2-3 business days excluding govt holidays & weekends for items under ready-to-ship category and other custom orders refer to the item page for more information.
Delivery Estimate:
Delivery estimates shown at the time of placing an order are approximate transit times only and these estimates are not guaranteed/promised delivery dates. Delay:
www.naveenresearchtamil.com will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 48 hours from the date of the order after successful Payment Confirmation by the Payment Gateway or confirmation by phone in case of CoD order or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation for ready-to-ship category of items and the custom requirements will follow the timeline provided during the order confirmation process.
Delays due to government & regional holidays will affect delivery timings.
Delays may happen due to natural calamities and natural disasters which may affect the shipping process accordingly. Kindly follow the instructions from government authorities and shipping/logistics provider for more information on such cases.
Address for Delivery:
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the Order Confirmation Mail at all times (unless specified via E-Mail before shipment of order and within 1 hour of Order Confirmation).
State Regulatory:
The respective regulatory form has to be obtained by the buyer from their local Commercial Taxes Department of the respective state and has to be provided in hard copy to www.naveenresearchtamil.com before shipment of the goods. All duties and taxes including state regulatory levies, octroi are the responsibility of the buyer. www.naveenresearchtamil.com is in no way liable to pay/reimburse these state-level duties or taxes.
International Shipping:
All in-stock & ready-to-ship orders will be shipped in 1-5 business days as the payment has cleared.
Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. www.naveenresearchtamil.com is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.
