RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Restocking fee is applicable for all items being returned to us after its shipped which includes a minimum slab charge of 30% of entire order value or may be higher depending upon the status of the items being returned. Restocking fee can be waved off for valuable repeated customers on select cases if requested via email and phone. If any damage or missing items in returned items, the same will be shipped back to the buyer at an extra cost or shall be kept for pickup by buyer at our warehouse for free for 3 days and chargeable for more holding times and discarded after 20 days if no communication or update is provided by the client for re-pickup. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached without tampering of warranty stickers or labels.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
